1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and agen101 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). By accessing the agen101 website, downloading the mobile app, registering an account, or using any of the services provided, you automatically accept and agree to comply with all terms stated herein.

This acceptance takes effect immediately and remains in force for as long as your account is active. agen101 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to inform you of significant changes via email or in-platform notifications. 2 Eligibility to Register and Use the Platform

To register and use agen101 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

3 Account Registration and Member Responsibilities

Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any balances and wins.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and bonus withdrawal limits.

6 Game Rules and Platform Fairness

8 Account Closure and Suspension

Agen101 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to breaches of these terms and conditions, suspected fraud, or illegal activity.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the agen101 support team. In the case of voluntary closure with no breach of terms, any valid balance in the account will be returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days, once all required checks have been completed.

• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a dormant account maintenance fee.
• Agen101 will make reasonable efforts to contact members before imposing any inactivity fees.
• Account closure due to a terms violation may result in the forfeiture of bonuses and wins associated with the non-compliant activity.

9 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Agen101 provides its platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or viruses. While we do our best to keep the platform running 24/7, technical disruptions beyond our control may occur from time to time.

Agen101 will not be liable for any losses arising from service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or actions by authorities. In all cases, the maximum liability of agen101 to any member shall not exceed the member's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Terms Amendments and Applicable Law
